So how much does a website cost?

We aim to be as cost effective as possible and give you a great way to showcase your vacation villa or holiday rental property. We can use pre-designed website templates to keep costs down or we can create a custom site to your own specification.

Schedule of Fees:-

Basic single page website £50.00 example website

Full feature 5 page website as per one of our templates £250.00 example website

Extra pages - per page with navigation links added to existing pages £50.00

Hosting fee to include e-mail account, web site hosting and all editing required for 12 months £120.00 (paid in advance)

Domain Name Registration and hosting (per year):-

• .co.uk £10.00
• .com and all other top level domains £15.00
• Included free of charge for the first year with any web site created and hosted by us

Template website creation then hosted & maintained by the client £300.00 (PHP must be available on your server for contact forms to work)

Payment

• We prefer payment in UK£ but will also accept payment in US$ at the exchange rate on the date you order a website.
• We require a deposit of £100.00 upon the order of a website, the balance is then only due when you are happy with the finished result.
• Full payment is required before the site will be published to the internet or the files passed on to the client if self hosting.
• Payment can be cash, cheque, bank transfer or card via Paypal (subject to 4% surcharge).
