Q. When do we have to pay for our holiday at your
A. A £50.00 deposit will secure your holiday, full payment
will be due 6 week prior to your arrival date.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Payment can be made by cheque or direct bank deposit. We also accept all major debit or
credit cards via PayPal, subject to a 4% surcharge to cover the fees we are charged.
Q. Are the Haven Funworks passes included in the price of the caravan rental?

Q. Do we have private parking?
A. Yes, our caravan has a parking space next to it.
Q. What time can we check in/out?
A. You can check in at 2.00 pm, checking out time is 10.00am

A. No, smoking is not permitted in our caravan.
Q. Can we bring our pets?
A. Sorry no pets are allowed.

A. There is a well stocked supermarket on site along with several fast food

A. Yes, there is 24 hour security with CCTV in operation.
Q. Will we be close to all of Blackpool’s attractions?
A. Marton Mere is approximately 3 miles away from the Pleasure beach, Town centre, Sea
